ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION
Our team Supports’ Oracle Service Delivery, Teams have unparalleled expertise in all Oracle database versions (7.0, 8i, 9i, 10G, 11G) and application versions running on all platforms supported by the Oracle product set.
Client Requirements:
All clients must provide secure external access to their Oracle database servers, either via dedicated dial-in or secure connections over the Internet. The client must also possess a valid Oracle CSI number for access to Oracle Technical Support.
The client must have a test instance that is a faithful representation of the production schema and statistics, and use their test instance for the development and testing of all changes to the production Oracle system.
The client must agree to allow our DBA to pre-approve all production Oracle database changes. This includes changes to the server environment including all files and directories owned by the Oracle user and the Oracle crontab. For the database, this includes changes to scheduled jobs, initialization parameters, schema statistics, data files, tablespaces and SQL execution plans.
We require a 12 month service commitment and include the following services:
- Initial configuration review and problem identification
- Installation of Oracle statistics collection mechanisms and quarterly database growth summaries
- Hourly monitoring of your Oracle database for pending problems
- Periodic performance analysis & identification of tuning activities
- Twenty Four hour Oracle emergency support
- Reporting and resolving all serious Oracle alert log messages
- Quick response emergency support for production database outages
For all above supports we are charging only $900 USD /month per ORACLE database.

MySQL DATABASE ADMINISTRATION
Our MySQL Service Delivery Team is skilled and has experience in all versions of MySQL (4.1, 5.0, 5.1) running on all OS platform variations.
MySQL Client Requirements:
All clients must provide secure external access to their MySQL database servers, either via dedicated dial-in or secure connections over the Internet.
The client must agree to allow DBA to pre-approve all production MySQL database changes. This includes changes to the server environment including all files and directories owned by MySQL.
